Shipping and Delivery Information
At MeOcean, we are dedicated to ensuring your purchase arrives splashy and that you have a pleasant shopping experience. Every order includes a complimentary gift box, with sizes varying depending on the number of items. Please note that the size and shape of gift boxes may differ for each order.
Delivery time
Orders are processed from the Netherlands, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. We appreciate your patience and aim to reduce these times whenever possible.
International Orders
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. MeOcean cannot cover or reimburse these costs. For more information on potential fees, we suggest contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fees, or reship the package at your expense.
Incorrect Address
It’s important to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at Info@meocean.com. If the package has already shipped, it will likely be returned to us, and we can reship it at your expense.
