Returns & Exchanges

We offer refunds within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds are available within 7 days. Please note, all discounted items are final sale. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. The customer is responsible for return shipping methods and any associated costs. To start a return or exchange:

1. Visit our contact page and go to the form below the page
2. Select "Return." 
3. Fill in the form.
4. Choose the item you wish to return or exchange.
5. Follow the provided instructions.
6. Drop off your package at the nearest post office or drop box.
